摘要
区域科技经济发展的核心问题是科技、资源和市场的协调问题。本文建立了区域科技资源 (resource)、市场 (market)和能力 (capability)系统的综合评价体系 ,并从系统论角度出发 ,建立协调度模型 。
The pivotal problem of the development of regional technology and economy is the harmony of technology、resource and market. The article establishes R-M-C appraisal system and based on systematology constructs the model of harmonious coefficient, measures the harmonious coefficient of each subsystem.
