摘要
为了分析多轴汽车悬挂质量的弯曲振动对整车平顺性的影响,运用弹性梁弯曲振动理论和模态分析法建立了多轴汽车平顺性分析的柔性模型。用所提出的模型对多轴汽车整车平顺性进行了仿真研究,分析结果表明刚体模型不适合用于多轴汽车平顺性的分析。同时,进行了某五轴重型车的道路行驶试验,通过在不同车速下的仿真结果与道路行驶试验结果的比较,证明了所提出的平顺性分析建模方法和模型是可行的。
In order to consider the influence of the bending vibrations of sprung mass to multi-axle vehicle ride comfort. A flexible model of multi-axle vehicle ride comfort is presented by combining the vibration theory of elastic beam and modal analysis method. According to assessment method of vehicle ride comfort the whole vehicle ride comfort is simulated with the model presented. The simulation results show that the rigid model is not acceptable for multi-axle vehicle. At the same time, the road running test of a five axle heavy vehicle is carried out. The modeling approach and the flexible model of ride comfort presented are proved to be feasible by the compare between simulation results with test results at different speeds.
