摘要
本实验采用经分子生物技术改进的解脂耶氏酵母作为研究对象。研究该菌在不同时间、温度、pH值和转速对含油废水的处理效果。结果表明 ,解脂耶氏酵母对油脂类有机物降解效果好。在接种量为 4mL/ 15 0mL、温度 2 5℃、pH值为 6、时间 5 0h、摇床转速为 2 0
The experiment adopts Yarrowia lipolytica proved by molecule biotechnology as the research object.Study the treatment effcet of Yarrowia lipolytica at different time,temperature,pH and rotate speed.The result indicate Yarrowia lipolytica has good degradational effect to lipidic organic matter when the inoculative quantity of 4 mL/150 mL and the temperature of 25 ℃ and pH=6 and remaining 50 hours and under 200 r/min,the result is best.
