摘要
目的 合成奈非西坦。方法 以 2 ,6 二甲基苯胺为起始原料 ,经氯乙酰氯N 酰化反应和 2 吡咯烷酮的N 烷基化反应合成了奈非西坦。结果 总收率 89.9%。对奈非西坦进行了IR ,1HNMR ,13 CNMR ,MS确证。结论 该合成工艺可行 。
OBJECTIVE To synthesize nefiracetam. METHOD Nefiracetam was synthesized by N acylation of 2,6 dimethylbenzenamine with chloroacetylchloride and N alkylation of 2 pyrrolidone.RESULTS The overall yield was 89.9%. The structure of nefiracetam was confirmed by 1H NMR, 13 C NMR and MS.CONCLUSION This synthetic method is feasible and suitable for industry.
