肾上腺皮质激素对心肌炎小鼠肌钙蛋白I的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究肾上腺皮质激素治疗病毒性心肌炎时血清肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)的变化。方法:对不同时期应用激素治疗的心肌炎小鼠采用化学发光法检测血清cTnI水平,并同正常对照组及病毒对照组比较,同时与心肌病理积分进行相关分析。结果:病毒性心肌炎小鼠血清cTnI显著升高,并与病理变化呈直线正相关(r=0.70)。病毒性心肌炎早期和中期使用肾上腺皮质激素可明显降低cTnI水平,中期使用肾上腺皮质激素疗效尤为明显。结论:中期应用激素治疗CVB3心肌炎小鼠可明显阻止炎细胞浸润心脏组织,降低血清cTnI水平,保护心肌细胞,控制心肌炎病情发展,改善预后。 Objective:To study changes in s erum cardiac troponin I (cTnI)levels of murine CoxsackievirusB 3 myocarditis treated by adrenocorticoids.Methods :The levels of serum cardi ac tro-ponin I in CVB 3 mice treated by adrenocorticoids at different stages with chemiluminescene immunoas-say were detected and compared with those of normal and viral myocardi tis controls.Results:Cardiac troponin I values were significantly greater in m ice with CVB 3 myocarditis than those in normal control.There was a positive correlation b etween the level of cTnI and the change of myocardial histopathologi-cal score (r=0.70a).The values of cTnI were decreased significantly after adrenoc orticoids therapy at ear-ly and middle stage,especially at metaphase.Conclusi ons :Adrenocorticoids therapy at middle stage of CVB 3 myocarditis can significantly reduce the inflammatory infiltration in myocar dium and the level of serum cardiac troponin I in murine viral myocarditis.
