摘要
目的 探讨伽玛刀治疗癫痫的可行性及有效性。方法 对 39例临床诊断为难治性癫痫的患者通过EEG、CT、MRI、SPECT、PET等确定癫痫灶 ,然后行伽玛刀治疗。结果 随访 15～ 70个月 ,有效率 82 %。
Objective To explore the feasibility and validity of epilepsy treatment with Gamma knife.Methods 39 cases of epilepsy patients who were diagnosed by clinical history were treated with Gamma knife, determing epilepsy foci by EEG?CT?MRI?SPECT and PET.Results The follow up time is 15～70 months, availability is 82%.Conclusions Gamma knife is one of available means to treat stubbornepilepsy.
