摘要
采用直接酯化法合成了具有抗电解质性能的丙烯酸高级酯,发现以甲苯为溶剂用量为90g,丙烯酸用量为 7.2g,高级脂肪醇聚氧烯醚102.8g,对甲苯磺酸1.1g,对苯二酚0.06g时.高级脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚与丙烯酸 直接酯化副反应少、得酯率高、反应重复性好.有很强的实用性。
The acrylic advanced ester with salt-resistance was synthesized by direct esterification reaction. It was found that when acrylic acid was 7.2g. surfactant alcohol was 102.8g,p-toluene sulfonic arid as reacting catalyzer was 1.1g, paradioxybenzene as the polymerization inhibitor was 0.06g, toluene as solvent was 90g. the direct esterification reaction was achieved best.
