摘要
金元时期是我国医学流派争鸣、学术创新的繁荣时期。通过对金元时期医学繁荣的另类思考,认为其因素有四:即惯性与矫枉、灾难、少数民族统治者对实用性技术的重视和北方医家们挣脱理学的束缚等,并略述了金元时期医学的繁荣对现代中医学发展的启示。
The prosperity of medicine during the Jin and Yuan Dynasties are marked by medical dispute and innovation. The author believes that there are four factors responsible for this, namely, inertance and its correction, calamities, importance attached to practical skills by the ruling class and the breaking away of physicians in the north from the bondage of Confucian school of idealist philosophy. The paper also deals with the effect of the prosperity of medicine during the Jin and Yuan Dynasties on the development of traditional Chinese medicine in modern time.
