摘要
目的:建立快速检测尿液中有机磷浓度的方法。方法:基于尿液中有机磷在碱性条件下与4—(4—硝基苄)吡啶(NBP)反应生成蓝色化合物可在520nm波长比色测定的原理,通过对实验条件的优选和方法学评价,建立了本法。结果:本法回收率在91%~113.1%,批内CV%为3.25%~7.63%,批间CV%在7.68%~9.3%,敌敌畏浓度在0~120mg/L、甲胺磷浓度在0~130mg/L范围内线性良好。结论:本法准确度和精密度均较好,能符合临床要求。
objective:To found a rapid methed for the detection of urinary organic phosphate. Methods:The method was founded according the principle of organic phosphate in urine could be converted to blue compound which could be detected by colorimetry in 520nm and through choose the detection of condition. Results:The average rate of recovery was 91%~113.1%. The within day variance was 3.250%~7.63%, the day to day variance was 7.68~9.3%. The assay was linear up to at least 120 mg/L Dichlorvos and130 mg/L Trimethyl phosphonoaeetate. Conclutions:The accuracy and precision are both good and it has clinical value.
