摘要
数学作为一种工具,其应用范围早已遍及各学科领域,重要性不言而喻。当今,大学数学教学中突出的问题就是过分强调书本知识的传授,照本宣科现象比较严重……。数学建模的思想、方法为大学数学教学改革提供了一种全新的思路。为了让学生不仅能够学到一些重要的数学概念、方法和结论,尤其能理解数学的思想和思维方法,并通过实践真正掌握数学应用的能力。我们尝试着在《概率论与数理统计》课程教学中引入数学建模的思想和方法:其一,对课程的内容进行了适当的改动:减去了一些繁杂的推理证明过程,增添了一些简明生动的应用问题;其二,对教学的方法进行了改革:尽可能地用问题、事例来导入概念;其三,简要介绍Matlab软件的基本用法、并利用多媒体教室演示效果;一年多的实践证明:改革的思路是基本正确的,且收到了良好的效果。
As a tool, mathematics has been applied extensively. But the method of mathematical teaching is old. It is the ideas and methods of mathematical modeling that provide a new thinking for the reform of mathematical teaching.
