抽出式通风矿井外部漏风率的正确测算法 被引量:17

摘要 详细分析了煤矿长期以来沿用的 ,基于理想气体风流连续性方程的近似方法计算矿井外部漏风率所带来的缺陷。以热力学基本原理为依据 ,将回风井看作是矿井通风系统中的一条特殊巷道 ,指出其风流中的空气不能看作理想气体 ,推导出了测算矿井外部漏风率的正确方法。并以实测数据为例 ,运用MATALAB方法求得了矿井外部漏风率的精确解 ,给出了传统近似方法的误差 ,指出了在有较深回风井的矿井通风系统中 ,运用正确方法测算其外部漏风率的重要性。笔者介绍的矿井外部漏风率的精确测算方法 ,可在采用抽出式机械通风的矿井推广应用。 The approximate calculation of exterior leakage based on continuity equation of ideal air flow has been long used in coal mines, the shortage of which was analyzed in detail. Referring to the fundamental principle of thermodynamics, the upcast shaft was taken as a special tunnel in mine ventilation system,and the air in the air flow could not be taken as the ideal gas. An accurate method for calculating the exterior leakage was derived. Taking the field measured data as example and using the MATALAB,the accurate exterior leakage and the error of the approximation method were obtained. The importance of using accurate calculation method in mine ventilation system with deep upcast shaft was indicated. This method could be extensively used in the mine with exhausting draft.
