摘要
本文从法律文书的特性分析,论述了法律文书写作实践中要坚持使用规范的法律语言,注意同义词、近义词的差异,重视语言风格的客观质朴化,从而使法律文书语言运用符合立法、司法和执法的精神。
This thesis discusses basing on analyzing the characteristics of legal document that in order to make the legal document's using accord with the spirit of legislation, justice and exercising of law, in making legal document we should insist on using regulated legal language, and take notice of the difference of thesaurus and perilune, and emphasis the modesty and impersonality of language's style.
