摘要
本文基于盐酸介质中,微量铱对KIO4氧化罗丹明B并使其褪色的反应体系具有显著的催化作用,建立了一种灵敏度高的测定微量铱的新方法,其检测限为1.78╳10-9g/mL, 线性范围0~40ng/mL.用于实际样品的测定,结果满意.
A catalytic spectrophotometric method was proposed for determining Ir based on its catalytic effect on the oxidation of rhodamine B by KIO 4 in the presence of HCl. The detection limit for Pb(Ⅱ) is 1.78╳10-9g/mL, the linear range of the determination is 0~40ng/mL. The proposed method has been applied to the determination of trace Ir in actual sample with satisfactory results.
