摘要
中小城市图书馆规模小、分布散,管理落后。图书馆资源共建共享,可避免重复建设,提高文献资源的利用率,对发展中小城市经济、文化起着重要的促进作用。实现共建共享可采取实质性联合、松散性联合和隶属性联合三种方式。
Libraries in medium and small cities are with small scale,scattered and backwerd in its management.Building and sharing of library resources can avoid rebuilding and can improve the using rate of document sources;thenefore it playsan important role in devtloping economy and culture in medium and small cities.In fact,three methods can be adopted to vealive building and sharing.They are substantial combination,loose combination and subordinate combination.
