摘要
通过世界集成电路的发展历史的回顾和产业链演化分析,寻找集成电路产业链的发展运动规律,并结合我国的特殊实际情况,提出了引入网络技术发展设计软件为基础的振兴整个国内产业链的思路。
This paper tries to find out the laws of the development of IC ind us try based on the review of the development history of the global IC and the anal ysis of its status quo. Based on the status quo of Chinese IC industry, a way of designing IC software with network technology is put forward to accelerate the development of the whole IC industry.
