Research on the Function of Regional Innovation System and Its Forming

摘要 　探讨了区域创新体系的功能和作用,进一步归纳了区域创新体系形成的三种主要模式,指出区域创新体系的形成可以借助产业结构、技术范式和社会资本三种途径. This paper discusses the function of regional innovation system and concludes three primary models of regional innovation system forming. It suggests that regional innovation system could be formed by industry cluster, technological regime and social capital.
