摘要
在0.04mol/LKCl—0.1mol/LNaOH(pH=13.0)底液中,红霉素于-1.36V(vs.SCE)处产生一个灵敏的还原波,其二阶导数峰高与红霉素浓度在7.5×10-7~7.5×10-6mol/L范围内呈线性关系,相关系数为0.9985,检出限为3.0×10-7mol/L.据此建立了测定红霉素片剂中红霉素含量的单扫描示波极谱法.
A cathodic wave of erythromycin was observed on single sweep polarogram in 0.04 mol/L KCl-0.1 mol/L NaOH(pH=13.0)base solution,the peak potential is -1.36 V(vs.SCE).There was a well linear relationship between the second order derivative peak height and concentration of erythromycin in the range of 7.5×10^(-7)~7.5×10^(-6) mol/L(r=0.9985),and the detection limit was 3.0×10^(-7) mol/L.Based on this,a new method of determination of erythromycin in tablets was proposed.
