A Cognitive Approach to the Understanding of Depression and Its Prevention

摘要 抑郁症在当今社会呈多发趋势,认知理论认为,认知因素在抑郁症的产生中起关键作用。认知偏差和悲观性归因风格是抑郁症产生的重要原因。研究表明,社会规范、家庭教养、他人评价、个性特点等因素影响着个人认知方式和归因风格的形成;归因训练和认知治疗是干预抑郁症的有效方法。 Depression is increasingly common in the society today. According to cognitive theories, cognitive factors play a crucial role in causing depression. Cognitive deviation and pessimistic outlook are two major causes for depression. Research shows that social norms, family upbringing, personality and judgment of oneself by others affect the development of one′s cognitive style and outlook. Relevant training concerning one′s outlook and cognitive treatment are considered effective means to prevent depression.
