摘要
利用褪色光度法测定大白菜(BrassicacampestrisL.ssp.pekinensis)中草甘膦的残留量,分析了草甘膦在大白菜中的残留动态。研究结果表明,草甘膦在大白菜中的代谢速度较缓慢,露天喷药后4d和大棚内喷药后5d还存在着残留超标现象。同时,人工降雨对喷药后初期残留量的影响较大。水冲洗、水浸泡和洗洁精洗涤等3种不同方法对降低残留量到安全水平的效果并不明显。
The residues of glyphosate in Chinese cabbage (Brassica campestris L.ssp. pekinensis) were studied by the photometry. The results showed that the metabolic velocity of glyphosate in Chinese cabbage was not fast. the residues of glyphosate were upper than the safe standard in five days after pouring glyphosate on the samples in natural condition and in six days under plastic cover. The three different washing methods had no obvious effect on decreasing residues of the glyphosate to the safe level.
