摘要
为探讨热毒炽盛型狼疮性肾炎 ( LN) Fas、PCNA表达的意义 ,采用肾组织标本常规病理检查及免疫组化特殊染色技术 ,结果 2组病例肾小球球性硬化、节段硬化无显著性差异 ;LNI～ 型与 LN ～ 型PCNA、Fas表达有显著性差异 ,P<0 .0 1和 P<0 .0 5 ;PCNA与 Fas进行等级相关分析 ,其相关系数为 0 .63 74,说明热毒炽盛型狼疮性肾炎系膜细胞有 Fas、PCNA的表达 ,热毒炽盛可能反映狼疮性肾炎活动度的高低 ,但不能反映该患者细胞凋亡的状态。
To discuss the meaning of LNFas、PCNA expression,using pathological examination and immunohistochmistry SP method examine the kidney type.There was no significant difference of renal glomerulus sclerosis in both groups;while the expression of PCNA and Fas between type Ⅰ～Ⅱ and type Ⅲ～Ⅳ has significant difference.(P<0.01)(P<0.05);The correlation coefficient was 0.6374 between PCNA and Fas by rank correlation analyses.It is showed that there are expressions of Fas、PCNA in lupus nephritis belonging to toxic heat flourishing type.Toxic heat flourishing can reflect the activity of lupus nephritis but can not reflect the cyto apoptosis condition.
