摘要
为探讨石斛合剂及其各组分对 α-葡萄糖苷酶活力的抑制作用 ,采用建立酶 -抑制剂模型的方法测定α-葡萄糖苷酶活性 ,研究降糖中药石斛合剂及其各组分水提物对 α-葡萄糖苷酶活力的影响 ,结果显示石斛合剂及其各组分对 α-葡萄糖苷酶有不同程度的抑制作用 ,说明石斛合剂的降糖机制中可能含有类拜糖平的作用。
To discuss the depressant effect of dendrobium mixture and its components on α-glucosidase,using PNPG method to assay the activity of α-glucosidase,studying the influence of the mixture and the aqueous extracts of its components to the activity of this enzyme as well.The result shows that dendrobium mixture and its components have different extents of depressant effects on α-glucosidase,which shows that the mechanism of dendrobium mixture to lower the sugar level could be similar to the function of Acarbose.
