摘要
目前,各高校法律英语多采用传统的英语教学模式,将目标定位于读懂原版文章,重理解而轻交流,无法满足培养涉外法律人才的需求。有鉴于此,有必要对法律英语教学重新进行目标定位,改变当前的教学模式,让全英文互动情景教学法走进课堂,以引导学生在掌握大量专业术语的基础上,逐步养成以英语诠释和思考法律问题的习惯,最终提高其实际应用法律英语处理涉外法律事务的能力。
Nowadays the traditional teaching mode of legal English are being adopted in most universities with the purpose of simply understanding the original articles, while classroom intercourse is neglected. This fails to satisfy the demand of fostering qualified personnel of law concerning foreign elements. Therefore, it's necessary to change the present mode, redesign the teaching target and let the Situational Interactive English Immersion Approach get into the classroom, so that on the basis of grasping a large quantity of professional terms, the students may gradually form the habit of thinking about and explaining legal issues in English. And in the end, their actual ability of dealing with foreign legal affairs with legal English will be improved.
