维生素与矿物质对大菱鲆幼鱼色素恢复作用的研究 被引量:8

摘要 利用交叉组合设计了 16组大菱鲆 (Turbot)幼鱼饲料 ,在各组饲料中 ,复合维生素、矿物质的含量分别为 0~ 3% ,共进行了 6 0d的喂养实验。结果表明 ,白化大菱鲆幼鱼可以通过调整配合饲料配方 ,使体色恢复为正常体色。经过 6 0d的试验 ,添加 1%的复合维生素和 3%的复合矿物质的效果最好。维生素与矿物质的比例及组合对大菱鲆白化苗种色素的恢复有着直接的关系。试验组中平均色素覆盖率最高为 90 % ,完全恢复正常体色的比例可达 2 3%。本研究所配制的复合维生素和复合矿物质对大菱鲆体色的恢复起了重要作用。 Orthogonal statistic method is used to design 16 groups of feeds, of which the ranges of the contents of vitamin mixture and mineral mixture are 0~3% respectively. The result shows that for juvenile turbot, suitable diet can improve the rate of normal pigmentation turbot. A 60-day experiment shows that contents of 1% vitamin mixture and 3% mineral mixture have the best effect. The best average pigmentation beatrow rate is 90%, the rate of recovery to normal pigmentation turbot is 23%. It is concluded that the vitamin mixture and mineral mixture are very important for pigmentation improvement.
