摘要
采用常规平板接种法对猴头菇菌株的 7个品种的菌丝生长长势、子实体产量、抗杂能力和物理性状等进行了研究。结果表明 ,猴头菇菌丝日生长速度快的菌株是猴杰 1号 (A 2 )和猴杰 2号 (A 3) ;子实体产量有明显差异 ,其中猴黄 1号 (A 4 )、猴黄 2号 (A 5 )、猴杰 2号 (A 3)、猴菇 5号 (A 6 )和猴杰 1号高于对照猴黄 1号 ;菌株的抗杂能力猴黄 1号和猴杰 2号 2种最强 ,并且与产量成正比关系 ;子实体性状的综合指标以猴黄 2号和猴杰 2号菌株最好 ,适合湖北鄂东大别山地区生产栽培。
The mycelia growth state, the agronomic characteristics of fruitbodies and 15anti-hybrid ability and physical condition of seven different types of Hericium erinaceus strains were compared. The results of the screening tests showed that the strains of higher daily growth speed were No.A-2 and No.A-3 (0.47 cm/d and 0.46 cm/d); The yield of fruitbodies had apparent distinction, especially the No A-5, No A-3, and No A-6,No A-2 were higher in yield than No A-4,the strongest anti-hybrid ability of strains were No A-5 and No A-3. The best comprehensive index of physical condition were No A-5 and No A-3 which are suited to be cultivated in mountain our area of East Hubei Province.
