摘要
在球型聚乙烯催化剂制备过程中,研究了载钛温度、载钛时间、四氯化钛加入量、二次载钛及醇镁加 合物载体组成对催化剂性能的影响。研究发现:醇含量越高,制得的催化剂钛含量越高,同时随着组成改变,催化活 性和球型颗粒形态产生明显变化。
In the preparation of spherical catalyst by ethylene polymerization, the effects of titanating temperature, titanating time, adding amount of titanic chloride, second titanating and carrier adducts of magnesium alkox-ide on the properties of catalyst were investigated. The results show that the content of titanium prepared in catalyst is increased along with that of the alcohol. The activity and morphology of catalyst are alternated with the different alcohol composition.
