摘要
对75例受检者进行^(99m)Tc-DTPA肾动态显像,其中23例进行肌酐清除率测定,31例进行抽血两样本肾小球滤过率(GFR)测定,发现肾动态显像测定GFR与两种传统方法相关很好(r>0.8,p<0.0001)。用因子分析方法对图像进行处理,有助于对肾功能图像的分析和诊断。
99mTc-DTPA renal dynamic imaging were performed in 75 patients to measure glomerular filtration rate(GFR), among them creatinine clearance rate(Ccr) was also measured in 23 and two blood sample method was measured in 31. The result showed that GFR has a good correlation with Ccr(r= 0.8326, p< 0.0001) and two blood sample method(r=0.8436,p<0.0001). Also use of factor analysis for image processing have further improved the image quality.
