阐述了对羟基苯乙胺的合成工艺 ,包括苯乙腈法、对羟基苯乙酮法、对甲氧基苯甲醛法和对羟基苯甲醛法 ,提出以对羟基苯甲醛为原料经缩合、还原的工艺路线最具工业化意义。
The synthetic technologies for p-hydroxyphenylethylamine including the process based on phenylacetonitrile, p-hydroxyacetophenone, p-methoxybenzaldehyde and p-hydroxybenzaldehyde are introduced. The likely commercial process for p-hydroxyphenylethylamine is based on p-hydroxybenzaldehyde by means of condensation and reduction.
