摘要
研究了疏毛罗勒挥发油的水蒸汽蒸馏法提取工艺,以出油率为考察指标,研究了主要因素如浸泡时间、浸泡温度和蒸馏时间对出油率的影响,并采用正交实验设计方法,得到最佳工艺:浸泡时间8h,浸泡温度25℃和蒸馏时间80min,在该条件下得到的最大出油率为0.57%。
A study on separation technology of the volatile oil from Ocimum basiliam Linn var. ppilosum(wild.) Benth by stream distillation was discussed. According to the oil yield,the main factors(such as soaking time,soaking temperature,distillation time),which would effect the oil yield,were studied.The research result shows the optimum conditions:soaking time 8h,soaking temperature 25℃, distillation time 80min,the max yield would be 0.57%.
