摘要
随着组织内知识员工数量的不断增多,管理越发受到重视。本文针对知识员工的特点对其组织承诺、职业承诺的影响因素进行分析,论述了二者对知识员工工作满意度和工作努力度的影响。通过提高知识员工组织承诺和职业承诺的水平,提高工作满意度和努力度。并针对如何提高他们的工作承诺和职业承诺提出了几点建议。
With knowledge workers are being expanding groups in organizations, the management to them is paid more attention to. The factors that effect the organizational and occupational commitment are discussed, according to the characteristics of knowledge workers. This paper also expatiate on the effects of the two commitment to the work effort and job satisfaction of knowledge workers. Improve their work effort and job satisfaction through heightenning the level of the organizational and occupational commitment. At the end of the article some suggestions to enhance knowledge workers organizational and occupational commitment are proposed.
