摘要
目的 了解广州市医学生对乙型肝炎防治知识的掌握情况 ,为今后开展医学基础教育和临床培训提供基线资料。 方法 采用整群抽样的方法 ,对广州市某医学院医疗系本科四年级学生共 14 5人进行横断面现场问卷调查。 结果 学生对乙型肝炎疫情报告的正确回答率在 2 1%～ 80 7%之间 ,对乙型肝炎流行特点、危险性及传播途径的正确回答率在 17 2 %～ 88 3 %之间 ,对乙型肝炎诊断、治疗及预防的正确回答率在 2 .8%～ 92 4%之间。 结论 总体上医学生对乙型肝炎防治知识掌握良好 ,但对疫情报告工作规范 ,职业接触感染乙型肝炎病毒的危险性以及乙型肝炎诊断标准认知薄弱 ,是今后教育和培训的重点。
Objective To investigate the knowledge level on prevention and control of hepatitis B among medical students in Guangzhou. Methods A total of 145 Grade 4 medical students were recruited through group sampling. Students were required to answer a questionnaire within a certain time. Results 2.1%～80.7% of students gave correct answers to questions on the notification of hepatitis B. With regard to the epidemiology, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of hepatitis B, the correct rate ranged from 17.2% to 88.3% and 2.8% to 92.4%, respectively. Conclusion In general the medical students have a good understanding of hepatitis B. However, education on the procedure in report of infection with hepatitis B, diagnostic criteria and risk at work should be strengthened.
