摘要
以单片机为控制机,双向可控硅为调压元件,用软启动及节能技术研制的微机控制异步电机节能启动器,是取代自耦降压器、继电器——接触器控制的降压启动器的优选方案。具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。文中介绍了用单片机控制异步电机,实现软启动电动机的节能技术,电机保护技术和相关的软、硬件技术。
Asynchronous motor energy-Saving starter controlled by single-chip microcom-puter is based on soft starting and energy-saving techniques, usingsing le-chip as controller, double-action thyristor as voltage adjusting element. It's an optimal scheme for the voltage reducing starter instead of the self-inductive voltage reducing starter which is formerly used, and having economical and social effect evidently. The article presents soft-starting, energy-saving and protective techniques of microcomputer contiolling asynchronous motor and introduces the correlative computer hardware and software also.
