细胞凋亡在阿霉素肾小球硬化中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨细胞凋亡在阿霉素肾小球硬化过程中的作用及意义。方法SD大鼠18只用一侧肾切除,加阿霉素(6mg/kg)尾静脉注射制作肾小球硬化模型作为肾小球硬化组;另18只SD大鼠作为正常对照。分别在第8、10、12周处死各组大鼠6只,肾病理HE染色观察硬化指数,原位末端转移酶标记法(TUNEL)检测肾组织细胞凋亡,免疫组织化学染色测定肾皮质凋亡蛋白酶-3(Caspase-3)。结果肾病组第8、10、12周出现大量蛋白尿,低蛋白血症及高胆固醇血症,与对照组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01),肾小球硬化指数、肾小管间质损伤指数、肾小球和肾小管的凋亡指数,Caspase-3明显高于对照组,第10周凋亡指标最为显著。结论细胞凋亡与肾小球硬化密切相关,Caspase-3可作为评价肾小球硬化中细胞凋亡的指标。
