摘要
本文首先对内外资银行向上海聚集的现象作了一个总体性的描述,然后分析了国内银行向上海集中的经济动因和区域经济发展战略在其中的作用,其次又以计量分析的方法寻找影响外国银行机构入驻上海的经济因素。我们的研究发现:上海成为国内外银行业聚集地的重要原因在于以经济利益为导向的市场因素和以市场规律为基础的政策驱动力,基于这一点,上海要建设成为国际银行业中心,政府要在促进实际资源聚集,进一步扩大金融领域对内、对外开放方面发挥更大作用。
First, the paper generally describes the phenomenon of domestic and foreign banks assembling into Shanghai, then, it analyzes the economic cause of this assembly and the role of regional economic development strategy.Meanwhile, it seeks the economic factor of foreign banks entering Shanghai with estimation.The paper finds that the important reason of the assembly is the economic interests-oriented market factor and the market lawbased political power.To turn Shanghai into an international banking center, the government should play further important role in promoting resource collection and extending the opening in financial field to domestic and foreign banks.
