摘要
由于人力资本的内涵及其产权特性在理论界尚有诸多争议, 不少问题有待厘清,因此人们对相关理论的实际应用仍显混乱。在对有关问题作进一步的探讨与澄清的基础上讨论该理论对企业所有权安排的影响,具有重大的现实意义。
The theory of human capital is of great practical significance. But in the theoretical circle, there are still controversies over the connotation of human capital and the character of property right of human capital, and some questions are not yet in clarity. Thus there is much confusion about relevant theories in both minds and practices. This article intends to make further clarification and probe into relevant problems, then on that basis it tries to discuss the effect of the theory on the arrangement of the ownership of the firm.
