摘要
利用 NETZSCH40 9C型差示扫描量热仪研究了石灰石对煤炭燃烧特性的影响 .结果表明 ,在加入石灰石后 ,燃烧明显分成两个阶段 ,且随着石灰石混合比例的增加 ,前期的燃烧强度逐渐减弱 ,后期的燃烧强度增强 .石灰石的添加量在 30 % (以混合样的质量百分比计 )左右时 ,试样的着火温度比原煤降低约 30℃ ,但随着石灰石的添加量的继续增加 ,试样的着火温度也随着升高 .石灰石的加入使得试样的燃尽效果变差 。
The effects of limestone on the characteristics of coal combustion were investigated by the method of thermogravimetry analysis. The results show that after adding the limestone,the combustion process obviously separated into two stages, and with the increasing of the ratio of limestone,the burning intensity of the ex-period is weakened gradually and in the anaphase the burning intensity is strengthened.When the limestone/(coal+limestone)ratio reach about wt.30%, the test samples's ignite temperatures lower roughly 30 ℃ than pure coal,but with the increasing of limestone continuously,the test samples's ignite temperatures go up.Adding with the limestone makes the efficiency of burnout worse, the time of burnout is postponed.
