摘要
利用小波变换的基本原理和方法 ,对Q2 35碳素结构钢的均匀点腐蚀染噪声发射信号进行分析。通过计算小波分解后各级频带能量占整个信号能量的百分比 ,确定出主能量频带后 ,去除非主能量频带的噪声信号 。
An analysis was made of the acoustic emission signals of the uniform pitting of Q235 carbon steel contaminated with noise using the basic principle and method of wavelet variation. The typical feature of the acoustic emission signals of metal corrosion was extracted with calculating the ratio of every level energy to total signal energy after the wavelet was decomposed, the major energy was determined and the background noise was ridded.
