摘要
归纳了基础教育新课标的目的、原则及特点,阐述了新课标与信息环境之间的联系,分析了新课标实施所面临的信息环境,提出了中学图书馆构建现代信息环境的设想。
This paper sums up purpose, principle and features of the new cour se standard of elementary education, expounds relation between the new course stan dard and information environment, analyzes on face information environment in th e implementing the new course standard, puts forward the imagine of the construc tion of modern information environment in middle school library.
