摘要 城市道路网中交通量的分配是动态的、随机的,而传统的静态交通分配模型不能很好地反映实际交通情况.本文使用的动态多时段分配方法是基于时段划分的,它不仅反映了不同时段交通量的变化规律,而且在分配过程中考虑了路网中的交通阻抗,充分反映了已有交通量对交通分配的影响.最后结合算例分析了本文所提出的算法的实用性. The traffic flow assignment is dynamic and random in the urban road network , but the static traffic assignment model that is often adopted can't reflect actual traffic circumstance .Based on the time dividing,the improved multi-time dynamic traffic assignment is proposed,which not only reflects the variety regulation of the traffic flow in different time ,but also considers the influence of the traffic flow that has been assigned in the network .At last,an example is calculated for analyzing the function of the algorithm.
