摘要
运用索氏浸泡抽提法、Tecator索氏脂肪提取仪法测定粮食、油料和饲料的粗脂肪含量 ,并与现行国家标准索氏抽提法进行对照实验。结果表明 ,索氏浸泡抽提法测定结果与国家标准方法一致 ;Tecator索氏脂肪提取仪对于脂肪含量较低的样品 ,测定结果与国家标准方法基本一致 ,而对于脂肪含量较高的样品 ,测定结果偏低。
The soxtex immersion and extraction method,soxtex system HT method were used to determine the crude fat content in grain,oil and feed,and were compared with national standard——soxtex immersion method.The soxtex immersion and extraction method received the same results as national standard method.The results of soxtex system HT method and national standard method are almost the same when the fat content of the samples are low,while the fat content of the samples are high,the determining results of soxtex system HT method is lower.
