聚乙二醇催化合成含三唑大环醚化合物 被引量:1

Polyethylene Glycol Catalyzed Synthesis of New Macrocycle Ethers Containing Triazole Ring

摘要 香草醛 ( 1)和 3 取代 4 氨基 5 巯基 1,2 ,4 均三唑 ( 4 )分别与对二氯苄 ( 2 )缩合得相应的O ,O′ 取代二 (香草醛 ) ( 3 )和S ,S′ 取代双 (氨基均三唑 ) ( 5 ) .3与 5用聚乙二醇 60 0催化缩环合方便制得含三唑大环醚化合物 Condensation of vanillin (1) and 3-substituted-4-amino-5-mereapto-s-triazoles (4) with 1,4-di(chloromethyl) benzene (2) gave the corresponding O, O'-di-substituted bis(aldehyde) (3) and S, S'-disubstituted-bis(s-triazole) (5), respectively. The titled macrocycles (6) were expediently prepared by condensation of 3 with the appropriate 5 in the presence of polyethylene glycol 600.
