摘要
基于汽车电控喷射系统喷油器结焦积炭的形成机理,建立了一套有效的汽油清净剂的评定装置———电控喷射(EPFI)模拟试验装置。该试验装置通过对喷油器强化加热、控制喷油器的喷油间隔时间,强化了喷油器结焦积炭的形成条件,缩短了试验时间。同时,通过控制喷油器的加热状况,以模拟典型汽车试验15/45喷油器环境温度,并选用几种在实验室发动机台架上清净性效果较好的添加剂对其进行了试验验证。结果表明,该模拟试验装置对各种添加剂分辨效果明显,重复性好,试验数据可靠。该模拟试验装置评定结果与实验室发动机台架试验结果的趋势一致。
Based on the mechanism of formation of carbon deposits on a port fuel injector, (an effective )gasoline detergent-dispersant evaluation apparatus of electronic-control port fuel injector (EPFI) simulation was constructed. By enhanced heating and controlling the injection interval of the port fuel injector, the formation of carbon deposits (on the )port fuel injector was accelerated and the test time was shortened. The device (can simulate ) environmental temperature around the port fuel injector of the typical automobile test 15/45 through regulating the heater. Several additives, test-proved to have better detergency in contrast to the standard gasoline (the blank) on laboratory test stands, (were chosen )to test the established simulation test apparatus. The test apparatus can significantly differentiate the detergency of different additives. Data are reliable and repeatable, and show the same tendency as compared with the data acquisited from laboratory engine test stands.
