摘要
本文介绍了CC1000芯片的性能和参数,阐述了采煤机遥控遥测装置的功能和设计方法,给出了硬件框图和程序流程图。该装置既可遥控采煤机的全部控制功能,又能遥测采煤机截割电机的运行电流、电压、牵引速度、故障状态等运行参数。
The paper introduces the performance and parameters of CC1000 CMOS chip,expatiates the functions and design methods of telecontrol and telemetering device for shearer, and the hardware diagram and program flow diagram are given. The device not only remotely controls all control functions but also remotely measures the running parameters, such as running current and voltage of cutting motor, haulage speed and fault conditions of shearer.
