摘要
以隧道工程的水害问题为背景,论述了水害对隧道施工及后期运营的影响,并对隧道渗漏水进行了定性和定量分析,最后简述了现行治水的四大环节,即"防、排、截、堵"。
The paper discusses the influence of water-disaster to tunnel construction and operation,and gives the qualitative and quantitative analysis for tunnel seepage.
