固相萃取法测定水中百菌清和拟除虫菊酯 被引量:8

Analysis of chlorothalonil and pyrethroid pesticides in water using a solid phase extraction technique

摘要 采用C18固相柱提取水样中百菌清和7种拟除虫菊酯农药,通过毛细管气相色谱法 电子捕获检测器(GC ECD)定量,供试农药的平均加标回收率为62.4%~98.2%。对某水厂的水源进行测定,百菌清有一定检出量,为0.18μg/L,三氟氯氰菊酯(功夫)和氰戊菊酯有痕量检出。 A method for determining concentrations of chlorothaonil and 7 pyrethroid pesticides in water was developed by using GC-ECD with capillary column, the contaminants being extracted from water using octadecylsilica (C_(18)) column. The average recoveries of pesticides by spiking ranged from 62.4% to 98.2%. Testing of the sample from a tap-water manufactory showed that the concentration of chlorothalonil in the water was 0.18 μg/L and also a trace amount of cyhalothrin and fenvalerate was detected out.
