摘要
目的 探讨右室流出道起搏螺旋电极导线的临床应用疗效。方法 对 6例患者进行了螺旋电极右室流出道永久起搏术。结果 所有病例都顺利完成手术 ,未出现严重并发症。结论 右室流出道起搏比右室心尖部起搏明显改善血流动力学 ,改善心力衰竭患者的心功能 ;急性和慢性起搏参数均良好 。
Objective To explore the clinical application of spiral electrode wire in the right ventricular outflow tract(RVOT) pace-making and its therapeutic effect.Methods The spiral electrode RVOT permanemt pace-making was employed on 6 cases.Results All the 6 cases came through the operation successfully with no serious complications.Conclusion RVOT pace-making can improve the dynamics of bloodstream to a better degree than pace-making through cardiac tip of right ventricle.It can also ameliorate the cardiac function of those suffering from heart failure with the advantage of ensured safety and reliability.
