摘要
政府卫生投入不足 ,以及政府卫生投入方式上存在的诸多问题 ,直接导致了我国医疗卫生系统的绩效低下。政府应坚持卫生投入主导地位 ,并在此基础上 ,运用产业化发展思路 ,改进卫生投入方式 ,提高卫生投入适宜性 。
The insufficiency and inappropriateness of the government health input have thrown ill impact on the performance of health system. Besides increasing the health financing support, the government should reform the means of health input to improve the appropriateness with the industrialization minds, on the basis of recognizing its leading duty on the health input.
