摘要
目的:根据老年患者的心理特点进行健康教育,使患者对全口义齿的性能、作用及使用有客观的认识和评价,治疗过程中积极配合,戴入义齿后努力适应,避免医患间的分歧和摩擦,提高患者满意度。方法:根据患者接受治疗的不同阶段,采取相应的健康教育计划。结果:接受健康教育的52例患者均收到了良好的效果。结论:通过科学有效的健康宣教,缩短了患者对义齿的适应过程,提高了满意程度,增进了医患间的和谐。
Objective: To make the patients have an objective understanding and evaluation on performance and function of the complete denture through health education according to the geriatric psychological characteristics. Make them actively cooperate in the course of treating and make it easier for wearing adaptation, thus improve patient's satisfaction. Methods: Make the corresponding plan for health education according to different treating stages. Results: 52 patients who accept the health education got good results. Conclusion: Through scientific and effective health education and publicity, we shortened patient' s denture suiting time, improved their satisfaction, enhanced the harmony between doctor and patient.
