摘要
目的 :观察妇疏宁丸对去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松症的疗效 ,探讨其作用机理。方法 :雌性SD大鼠 40只 ,随机分为 4组 (每组 10只 )假手术组、模型组、妇疏宁组和雌二醇组 ,后 3组手术摘除卵巢 ,3个月后妇疏宁组和雌二醇组分别给以妇疏宁丸和雌二醇治疗 ,治疗 3个月后称重、查血清钙、磷、碱性磷酸酶及雌二醇 ;处死动物取出子宫及双侧股骨 ,右侧股骨进行骨钙磷测定 ,左侧股骨行组织学检查。结果 :妇疏宁组骨密度、骨皮质厚度及髓腔面积与模型组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,与雌二醇组比较无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ;妇疏宁组大鼠体重、子宫重量与模型组比较均有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5、P<0 0 1) ,而与雌二醇组比较无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论
Objective:To observe effects of Fushuning on treatment for postmenopausal osteoporosis and to explore it's mechanism Method:Forty SD female rats were devided into four groups randomly:The sham group were made a sham operation The other three groups were ovariectomized bilaterally to mould the models of osteoporosis Three months later,the sham group and estrogen(E 2) group were treated with water and the other two groups were treated with Fushuning and estrogen(E 2)respectively Another three months later the changes of these rats were observed Result:The Ca,P of Fushuning group both in bone and in blood increased( P<0 05 ) The density of bone and uterus weight also increased compared with the ovariectomized group( P<0 05 );there were more ALP and E 2 in the blood of Fushuning group( P<0 05 ) Couclusion:Fushuning pills has great effects in curing postmenopausal osteoporosis by elevating E 2
