摘要
糖代谢是有氧运动中最主要的供能方式。从糖代谢过程中三羧酸循环的回补过程、苹果酸 -天冬氨酸穿梭 (Malate -aspartateshuttle,MA穿梭 )、糖异生及线粒体功能等方面 ,阐述影响有氧运动能力的代谢因素 。
Carbohydrate energy is the most important system in aerobic exercise. The Energy metabolism is affected by the factors such as the anaplerosis of citric acid cycle, gluconeogenesis, malate-aspartate shuttle and mitochonrial function. This paper concentrates on the factors that regulate metabolism in exercise, and review the research works in this field.
