摘要
从分析测量船对语音通信的需求开始,主要探讨了测量船在执行载人航天任务时,如何在应急情况下做好航天员与指挥中心之间的话音通信的保障工作。为实现低速率语音通信,将混合激励线性预测(MELP)声码器这种全新的语音编解码器引入到测量船话音通信中,并为这一些新技术与原有系统的融合作了探讨。
This paper focuses on how to solve the problem of safeguarding the phonetic communications between the astronaut and the command headquarters in case of emergency in the space mission performed by measure-ship. In order to realize low bit rate speech coding, Mixed Excitation Linear Prediction (MELP) vocoder, a new speech encoding apparatus,is applied to phonetic communications in measure-ship, especially to the amalgamation between the new technique and the former systerm.
